Young children's good habits are the key of the teacher education work.At the beginning of young children into the park,the teacher will take the responsibility of the development of habits.It is because of the responsibility and pressure that make teachers often show extreme colors in conventional education behaviors.This study from the new perspective of natural ecology,through qualitative research methods,deep into the real fields,naturally observes and non-structurally interviews teachers' routine education behaviors.In addition this paper will analyze and explain the collected materials by phenomenological methods;and probe into the problems and motivations in teachers' routine education behaviors,which puts forward corresponding thinking and suggestions for teachers' routine education behaviors to promote children' s real growth and development.This study shows that in the process of kindergarten teachers' routine education behaviors,there are much more negative behaviors and much more preference to some obedient students.The main problem lies in the ignorance of children's emotional experience in routine education.What's more,the author will explain why teachers' behaviors are the problematic behaviors from the perspective of natural ecology.From that we can see,It becomes a problematic behavior that some behaviors about teachers' routine education are beyond or even against children's growth law and instinctive needs,depressing and rejecting children's nature,and ignoring the ecological effects of routine education etc.This research will make an analysis of its reasons to explore teachers' psychological demands beyond nature like extremely stressing “the speed”,“rules”,and “tidiness and consistency”;This study further finds that the deep-rooted cultural attitudes such as “good boy”,and “good class” held by the teachers themselves are the supernatural ideal benchmarks for teachers' routine education behaviors,making very important impacts on teachers' routine education behaviors.Finally,this study put forward several specific strategies.First,tea chers should establish the concept of humanistic education,such as every student is a good boy or good girl.As a teacher,it's a premise to respect s tudents and some requirements are the responsibility of education,which is the predominating direction for teachers' routine education behaviors.S econd,teachers must respect the children,try to bear empathy,and give full consideration to children's natural instincts and instinct performa nce,which is the starting points and core of teachers' routine education be haviors.Last but not least,teachers should follow the holistic nature of ro utine education,giving the priority to the inner structure and with external requirements complementary.Teachers should lead students to understand routine is a kind of reciprocity.What's more,children's independent be haviors are encouraged on the appropriately limited basis.It's a kind of sp ecific requirement of routine education behaviors for teachers.
