Adolescents are energetic and are successors to the cause of national construction.Young people's physical and mental health is the cornerstone of our national quality, and the fate of the nation and the nation is closely related. As a middle school student, they are in transition from childhood to adulthood.Their height and weight are growing rapidly and their physiological functions are increasing rapidly. These changes in the body make them think that they have grown up and have the right to dominate their own lives and do not want parental intervention too much. However, their psychological development level is not enough to deal with learning and life encountered in the various problems, these problems prone to some psychological and behavioral problems, these problems will seriously affect the healthy growth of secondary school students. In order to accurately grasp the current situation of personality defects and extreme behavior of middle school students, the author deeply reveals the intrinsic relationship between personality defects and extreme behavior of middle school students, and explores the personality defects that lead to different types of extreme behavior. And then to explore the optimization of secondary school students personality, prevention of extreme behavior specific measures. In this paper,a total of 2151 middle school students from 18 schools and 48 classes in Hunan Province were selected as the study samples using the cluster sampling method and the evaluation scale of personality deficit and evaluation table. To personality defects as independent variables,to extreme behavior as the dependent variable.SPSS19.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis. It is found that the current prevalence of middle school students is more common and the overall prevalence rate is 8.65%.The incidence of hostile-type extreme behavior is 13.2%,the incidence of paranoid type is 8.09%,and the incidence of risk-prone extreme behavior is 6.32 %,Impulsive tendency type of extreme behavior 6.97%.(P <0.01),with a coefficient of 0.275.In particular, there were significant positive correlations between personality defects and hostile behavior(p <0.01),and the coefficient of personality was significantly correlated with the extreme behavior(p <0.01)0.244.Through the regression analysis found that impatient, suspicious, pessimistic personality defects most likely lead to the generation of extreme behavior. The personality defects of the hostile and extreme behavior are mainly impatient, pessimistic, suspicious, and the personality defects that restrict the tendency of the dangerous tendencies are mainly impulsive, suspicious, suspicious,The personality defects that impose impulsive tendencies are mainly agile, impatient and selfish. The results showed that there were significant positive correlations(P <0.01),the coefficient was 0.244,and the personality defect was negatively correlated with the hostile defect(p <0.01),the coefficient was 0.754(P <0.01)with a positive correlation(p <0.01)and a coefficient of 0.230.The personality defect and the impulsive tendency of the aggressive behavior were significantly positive(P <0.01),the coefficient was 0.211,and the personality defect was positively correlated with the risk. There was a significant positive correlation(p <0.01)with a coefficient of 0.229.Thus,there is a significant positive correlation between personality defects and the extreme behavior of middle school students, indicating that personality defects are an important factor in triggering middle school students' extreme behavior. To prevent the students' extreme behavior must strengthen their healthy personality training, make up for their personality defects,in order to actively prevent the occurrence of middle school students extreme behavior.
