Research On The Development Status And Countermeasures Of Guiyang Youth Basketball Club

With the rapid development of the economy in recent years,the demand for sports has increased,among which the love of young people for basketball has become an important social force to promote the development of basketball.As the economic,political,cultural and sports center of Guizhou,Guiyang is one of the first cities in the province to carry out basketball sports projects,with a profound basketball heritage,and has unique advantages for the development of basketball clubs.Under the influence of such market demand and strong social atmosphere,the development of Guiyang Youth Basketball Club has entered a new level.Taking the development status and corresponding countermeasures of Guiyang Youth Basketball Club as the research object,this paper analyzes the basic situation and human resources of Guiyang Youth Basketball Club by using research methods such as literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and field investigation method,and analyzes the four factors of advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats in the development process of the club combined with SWOT analysis method,so as to propose a feasible development strategy.It is of certain practical significance to better promote the development of Guiyang Youth Basketball Club.After analyzing and studying,the following conclusions were drawn:1.The registration of Guiyang Youth Basketball Club is relatively good,but the operating conditions and internal institutional settings of each club are different;The club’s overall income and expenditure are not equal,the configuration of venue facilities is different,and the publicity method is single,and the information collection and summary are not timely.2.Using SWOT analysis to analyze Guiyang Youth Basketball Club,the advantages are: good basketball foundation,high parental support,coach education level up to standard,and harmonious relationship with students.The disadvantages are: the implementation of relevant policies is not in place,the impact of the basketball plot of management personnel,the unreasonable basic salary income of coaches,the lack of ability of various personnel in the club,and the low number of exchanges between students.The opportunities are: market and policy orientation,Internet big data support and event media publicity.The threats are: the impact of other sports industries,the impact of integrity issues,the solidification of traditional concepts and the imperfection of the management system within the club.3.Strive for the various situations existing in Guiyang Youth Basketball Club,and put forward relevant strategies: first of all,we must implement relevant national policies,strengthen school-enterprise cooperation and expand the basketball market;Secondly,club members need to learn advanced concepts,improve basic supporting facilities and build a more professional team of coaches to pay attention to the cultivation of reserve talents;Finally,the effective use of communication media to provide richer competition opportunities,so that club students have stronger practical ability,and promote the development of the club to a certain extent.
