| The safety management of the school is an important part of the whole social security management.Because it is not only related to the growth of young people’s safety and health,but also related to the well-being of millions of families and social stability.At present,campus security has become a hot topic of social concern.In order to reduce the number of accidents to a minimum,protecting the safety of every child has become an important part of education and management.In view of the problems of campus safety management,according to the laws and regulations of the state,the paper establishes a sound system of campus safety management,and improves the daily safety management.However,in the process of implementation,there are still some problems which have a bad influence on the teachers and students of the school.Therefore,we should increase the campus safety management in-depth study.In this study,all the teachers and students in A primary school in Yanji city were studied.This use of literature,consulting,collecting and sorting out the domestic and foreign scholars on the research status and achievements on primary school campus safety management problems,and then grasp the development trend of domestic and foreign primary school campus safety management issues of the moment.By using the method of questionnaire investigation and interview,the investigation on the current situation of campus safety management in Yanji A primary school,found the primary school campus safety management problems,and from the communication party school aspect,teachers’ quality and safety of school and the higher authorities face the existing problems in the management of campus safety analysis.The use of SPSS24.0 in Yanji A primary school campus safety management status and campus safety management effect of the survey data analysis,data description and data test.This paper further enrich the research on the present situation and its influencing factors of campus safety management,in order to provide the theoretical basis for the campus safety management of similar schools;to provide a reliable reference from the practice of optimizing and improving Yanji City campus safety management,so as to promote the teaching activities of the normal school education,promote the teaching quality continue to improve,for teachers and students to provide a safe,stable and harmonious campus,and promote the healthy development of students,quality education and educational goals,in addition,also provide reference and Research on campus security management problems for other similar schools.Through the investigation and study to draw the following conclusion:the formulation and implementation of the security system is not consistent;the supervision and management of the safety management is not in place;the school is not in place of safety management,safety education theory and practice of light weight,low effectiveness of the.Teachers with different positions and seniority have different understanding of the current situation of campus safety management.To solve the above problems,put forward the following suggestions:first,change the leadership of campus safety management concept,strengthen the implementation of the system;second,strengthen the construction of teachers;third,strengthen communication and coordination with the higher authorities,safeguard the campus safety management work smoothly;fourth,arrangement of safety education activities scientific and reasonable. |
