Study On Problems Of The Rural Boarding School Students To Grow

Nowadays,the economic and social development of our country is standing at a new historical starting point,in order to achieve the great rejuvenation of the "Chinese dream",the party and the government put forward the strategy of "to boost the country through scientific and educational advances" and "strategic way of making the country powerful by talents",where the education plays an important role.In this context,our country must pay attention to human resource to realize the better and faster development.The young is crucial for the future of a country,obviously,student's growth is part and parcel.Rural boarding school as a special place to cultivate student,has attracted the attention of public.Boarding school springs from British public school,which has a long history.In China,the rural boarding school has gotten rapid development since 2001,when the policy was carried out.At the same time,the boarding school causes a lot of trouble,and the development of student has become a hot point.The rural boarding school is special,which is different from day school and urban school.On the one hand,the students of the rural boarding school live in houses on the campus and they live apart from their family.On the other hand,the rural boarding schoolendures the financial pressure.The rural boarding school can be a two-edged sword.The boarding school can cultivate students' ability of independence,communication and unity.However,the boarding school makes children separatedfrom family,hinders the communication between students and society,blocksthe development of students.Using the method ofinterview to research problems of the rural boarding school students to grow and finding the following problems.The research points out the problems existing in the rural boarding school students' growth,mainly covers security,physical and mental development,academic burden,and moral development.Next part analyzes the existing problems of the boarding students,and considers that the causes of these problems lie in the neglect of the emotional care of the host,the bias of the traditional education system and the shortage of the teachers.Then we discuss the countermeasures to promote the healthy growth of the boarding students,including the awakening of teacher's "alternative parents" awareness.Besides,it is supposed to improve the school education system,strengthen the construction of teaching staff and improve the school environment and other methods.
