| The flipped classroom is increasingly becoming a popular teaching model with the development of informational education.The flipped classroom is a reversal of the traditional classroom teaching process,that is,students watch the teaching video before class to complete the preview independently.In class,teachers and students interaction each other to greatest realize internalization of knowledge.Compared with the traditional classroom,flipped classroom is more helpful to cultivate students ability of analyze,solve problems,language organization expression,group division of labor and practical innovation.In this study,the application situation of high school biology flipped classroom in Dalian was investigated,and the effectiveness of flipped classroom practice was analyzed.At the same time,suggestions were given to solve existing problems,in order to provide better references for high school biology teachers and students,hoping to promote education reform,better implement quality education.Methods such as literature research,interview and questionnaire survey were used in this study,sampling analysis of 14 high schools in Dalian.Analyzed of the application of biology flipped classroom,focused on the good experience and the problems of application.It turned out that Dalian City had not yet popularized flipped classroom teaching,schools that using flipped classroom were still in the experimental stage,part of the schools created their localization transformation,such as the " Learning guide case" flipped mode,"451" flipped mode,"Three steps six links" flip mode,"Self-inter-group" flipped mode.Advantage that teachers were recognized to the flipped classroom include students had a strong interest in flipped classroom,more active participation in the exchange of discussion,academic performance had improved.But there were also many problems at the same time,hardware facilities were not complete,lack of resource management platform,scientific evaluation system was in need,teachers’ ideas need to change,parents support was not enough,less hours of subjects,the ability of students self-control need to be improved.There were many reasons for the series of problems,teachers,students,schools,parents,society and other aspects were varying degrees to limit the development of the flipped classroom,and the concept of exam-oriented education,financial and technical support were important factor.In view of the survey results,the following suggestions were given in this study for the further improvement of the high school biology flipped classroom in Dalian to achieve a truly efficient flipped classroom:(1)Using a suitable "degree" of the flipped classroom;(2)Making the teacher’s lesson preparation "fine";(3)Seizing the "heart" of the students in class;(4)Setting up a good "platform" for the class;(5)Grasping the "quality" of the flipped classroom effect;(6)Getting help from the "power" of open resources. |
