Ji'nan Urban And Rural Primary School Physical Education Teacher Burnout Comparative Analysis

With the rapid development of society and economy,the profession of teachers has been put forward strict demands,the pressure of teachers is increasing day by day.Physical education teachers as a member of the service industry,it is also easy to form a sense of burnout.Job burnout is a negative,is a manifestation of the pressure of teachers' work,teachers' health and teaching quality will have a negative impact,but also restricts the progress of teachers' professional.More importantly,the cause of the orderly development of education has hindered.Therefore,the problem of burnout of teachers has aroused widespread concern in today's society.Due to the uneven development of urban and rural economy,the causes of burnout of primary and secondary school teachers in urban and rural areas will also be a certain difference.This paper uses literature,questionnaire,interview relevant experts,statistics and other research methods of relevant data,conducted a series of problems in Shandong Province,Ji'nan city urban and rural primary school sports teachers occupation burnout,the Ji'nan city urban and rural primary school sports teachers occupation burnout difference,compare from various aspects of the basic situation of teachers analysis of factors,urban and rural primary school teachers' Occupation Burnout of different sports,and puts forward the suggestions to solve.The results show that: the rural and urban primary school teachers in Shandong,Ji'nan Province,the survey shows that the development trend of rural and urban job burnout is similar,the overall trend is:1 in terms of gender,the proportion of male and female physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in urban areas is seriously imbalance,and the burnout of female teachers is significantly higher than that of male teachers.2 At age,probably because of urban and rural primary school physical education teachers are young teachers account for a large proportion,so the burnout difference is very small,but are at the age of teachers occupation burnout degree between the ages of 36-50 to high.3 In years of teaching,there are obvious differences in the three dimensions of occupation burnout of physical education teachers in primary school and the total score,there are differences between the various age groups,age is one of the important factors leading to occupation burnout of physical education teachers in Primary School of urban and rural difference.4 in the aspect of education,there is no obvious difference between urban and rural primary school physical education teachers,mainly in undergraduate,so there is no significant difference in job burnout,the higher the degree of education,the more serious the degree of job burnout;5 in the title,occupation burnout of physical education teachers in primary school in urban and rural areas have obvious differences in each section of the title,is probably the rural primary school physical education teachers in Shanxi the title should be more difficult than the city primary school physical education teachers,so lost power,rural primary school PE Teachers occupation burnout situation than the city primary school PE teachers should be serious;6 in terms of revenue,there are obvious differences in the three dimensions of occupation burnout of physical education teachers in primary school in urban and rural areas of the total income,the principle of physical education teachers in rural primary school is the city with almost,but the actual wages is significantly lower than the city primary school physical education teachers in rural primary school,so in terms of revenue of sports teachers occupation burnout than the city primary school physical education teachers.7 Ji'nan city primary and secondary school physical education teachers have a lot of objective factors,mainly social,work,family and personal reasons for these four reasons.To alleviate the differences of physical education teachers in Shandong City,Ji'nan Province,to improve the social support,improve the school organization,improve the ability of self regulation.
