Nowadays,with the National Fitness Program being carried out as a national strategy,China is transiting from a surviving-type society to a developmental-type society.As a result,more attention is paid by our country to the all-round development of people.There's also a growing enthusiasm for active participation in sports and health-related quality of life.In the meantime,the development of the “Internet Plus” project has exerted a great influence on people's lives.Thus,people's demand for professional sports guidance and scientific training methods has promoted the further corporation of mobile internet and sports.Hence,Mobile Fitness Teaching App comes into existence.Based on the methods of literature review,expert interview,case analysis and field investigation,this thesis conducts a comprehensive study of the theoretical foundation of Mobile Fitness Teaching App.“One Ball” brand App is selected as a case by the author to inquire the current situation(including the competition and the target market demand)of Mobile Fitness Teaching App in China.Main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)Definition: Based on on the mobile internet infrastructure services,the smart mobile terminal as well as the mobile App products,Mobile Fitness Teaching App is a mobile online platform designed for the purpose of providing various kinds of professional fitness guidance courses for people with common sports interests.Through Mobile Fitness Teaching App,the users can get access to sports fitness guidance video and also be provided with fitness tools and equipment for online purchase.(2)Mobile Fitness Teaching App is a mobile client that mainly focuses on a particular or a particular kind of sports items.The four sections included are “Video Courses”,“Communities”,“Store” and “Health Management Tools”.(3)The main function of Mobile Fitness Teaching App is to provide video courses of a particular kind of sports item for sports fans.The users follow the instructional videos on the mobile App client for practice in their spare time.It is flexible,portable and easy to operate.(4)As an mobile online platform,the commercial value of Mobile Fitness Teaching App can be shown by the opportunity it offers to sports fans who are in need of professional sports guidance,which stimulates the growth of sports population as well as the sports consumption.(5)Mobile Fitness Teaching App,in its future development,will get a favorable market environment and greater support from the government.However,there are also some problems to be solved,which include: 1)a lack of diversity in product function;2)a low activation of users,a poor operation effect as well as a low market coverage;3)a single pattern of profit;4)a fierce competition from products of similar types.(6)Combining with a case analysis for “One Ball” brand App,the author put forward corresponding countermeasures for the above-mentioned problems: 1)in the aspect of product design,the product should be more user-oriented.The designer should constantly observe and discover the demand of users and upgrade the function of products at different stages to meet the demand of users.As a result,the product has achieved the functions of teaching,socializing and entertainment.2)in the aspect of business model,after holding offline basketball camps and competitions,“One Ball” has initially realized the O2 O model,enabling online and offline to work together.3)in the aspect of product operation,the product channel should be operated and promoted in the first place.
