The national long-term education reform and development plan(2010-2020)clearly pointed out that information technology has a revolutionary impact on the development of education,must attach great importance to achieve the goal of education informationization task in 2020.All levels of schools in Changchun are equipped with auxiliary teaching multimedia electronic whiteboard teaching equipment.Let information technology into the classroom,to assist students in the learning process.As a rural primary school,in the last semester of 2016 whiteboard teaching equipment are fully equipped.There is a transitional stage for the use of electronic blackboard using multimedia whiteboard in primary school,teachers and students have a relatively familiar process,in the city schools on the whiteboard classroom management research content is relatively more,but for rural primary school,electronic whiteboard teaching equipment is coming directly from the blackboard on transition.The electronic whiteboard art class management of rural primary school is relatively small,so the whiteboard on the influence of art of classroom teaching management in rural areas,suitable management methods for rural art classroom and electronic whiteboard,urgently needs to explore and research.In this paper,combined with the dynamic method and the domestic and foreign research,mainly aiming at the current situation of rural primary school artlow grade classroom management,by using literature method,comparative method and questionnaire survey method,reveal the rural primary school artlow grade classroom management in information teaching auxiliary equipment,changes in classroom management,and the problem need to be solved.This study developed a "learning survey" of art classroom whiteboard Changchun low grade students in primary school,the school of grade one or two of 206 questionnaires,the results of the survey were analyzed by SPSS19.0.Analysis of the fine arts classroom management and use of electronic whiteboard and use whiteboard teaching four classes,analysis of students' art classroom interactive whiteboard of personality development,analysis reflect the use of electronic whiteboards and without the use of electronic whiteboard class art classroom innovation ability,analysis of the use of electronic whiteboard and the use of electronic whiteboard art class the completion of the work of the differences,analysis of differences in the use of electronic whiteboard and the use of electronic whiteboard in the art classroom discipline,analysis of the use of electronic whiteboard and do not use the difference of electronic whiteboard in classroom enthusiasm and participation,to explore suitable for low grade art class classroom management.Based on the analysis of the data,the following conclusions are obtained:1,the interactive electronic whiteboard in the art class,students'artistic creation personality differences.2,interactive electronic whiteboard in the art classroom learning,students' innovation ability and thinking consciousness change.3,the student's homework is completed and whether the use of interactive whiteboard differences.4,the students' classroom discipline and focus in the electronic whiteboard teaching class differences.5.There are significant differences in students' participation and enthusiasm in the art classroom teaching under the electronic whiteboard.According to the use of electronic whiteboard and the change of classroom management,this paper puts forward the following suggestions:1,increase the use of electronic whiteboard training,to help teachers better planning teaching,the correct use of the classroom more infectious,higher student participation.2,improve the electronic whiteboard software features,so that students can better use in the classroom interaction.3,the electronic whiteboard hardware environment:different position of the students,the reflective,dazzling,and the construction of network security,need to gradually improve the students better teaching environment,teaching management can be better.
