| With the progress of the society and gradual development of science and technology,new methods’ achievements have brought huge impact to the classroom teaching. Traditionalteaching methods have had trouble in meeting the requirements of society and students, alsoteaching ideas, teaching methods and teaching contents will inevitably be faced with a waveof reform, so the interactive electronic whiteboard is a great progress compared to thetraditional blackboard and multimedia projection. You can not only write whatever you likeon it just like on the traditional blackboard, but also you can display various digitalinformation on the screen as the multimedia projection. What’s more, things are more clear onthe interactive electronic whiteboard than on the multimedia projection. Teachers and studentscan both write on it, which can facilitate them to participate in classroom learning, so that itcan greatly improve the efficiency of students’ learning. Interactive electronic whiteboard willbecome the mainstream of classroom teaching.Interactive electronic whiteboard research starts late in our country. Since2004, whenProfessor Ding Xing fu and British company Prometheus reached an agreement onresearching on “interactive whiteboard application in China school system experiments forevaluation and improvementâ€, Chinese experts have paid more attention to the study ofinteractive electronic whiteboard. From the point of current research, the former research oninteractive whiteboard focused on its application and advantages, at the same time, there are alot of teaching designs and teaching cases. However, they ignored the current application forinteractive electronic whiteboard and the problems appearing in the application process, alsothey didn’t give specific suggestions and measures for the practical application of interactiveelectronic whiteboard.In this paper, the author adopts literature method, interview method, questionnairemethod in her own rural middle school as the representative to do the investigation. Based onthe basic concepts of interactive whiteboard, on the understanding of its features, advantages,and so on, on the part of teachers were interviewed, combined with the author’s observationand thinking in the teaching period, to determine the directions of investigation, the interactive electronic whiteboard launched an investigation on the application status of ruralmiddle school.Survey results show that the current rural middle school teachers in the process ofinteractive whiteboard application in application level is relatively low, the interactiveelectronic whiteboard function is not very understanding, operation is not enough skilled, lessways of learning problems. In the analysis of the survey results, further summarized severalreasons for hindering the development of interactive electronic whiteboard in rural middleschool. mainly in the following aspects: Teachers of rural middle school teachers is weak,aging, to accept new things ability is poor; the school’s measures are not in place, the lack ofrelevant training; teacher not pay enough attention to the ideological; domestic research oninteractive electronic whiteboard is not mature, relatively less available on the networkresources; information occlusion, available resources are not rich; technical problems ofinteractive electronic whiteboard itself; the basis of poor students, comprehensive quality islow. According to the result of the investigation and analysis, the interactive electronicwhiteboard in the development of rural middle school from the three aspects of the educationdepartment, school, teacher recommendations. |
