| The research on teaching innovation of tourism major has been an important topic in the teaching research of tourism education.Under the background of "micro era",the teaching mode of combining micro media with education provides a new angle of view for the practical teaching innovation of tourism major.Based on the micro learning perspective,this paper analyzes the theory of tourism teaching innovation from four aspects:teaching concepts,teaching methods,teaching content and teaching assessment.Then,it launches the action research of the teaching innovation of tourism major,and through the observation and reflection of action research,puts forward the specific countermeasures of the tourism teaching innovation from the angle of micro learning.Through a large number of literature reading,as well as previous research thinking,firstly,this paper expounds the theory of Tourism Teaching Innovation Based on micro learning from four aspects of teaching ideas,teaching methods,teaching content and teaching assessment.Then on the basis of action research,including the pre survey on students’willingness to participate in the first phase of action research to investigate changes of teaching concept,teaching content to explore innovation and innovative teaching methods for the second phase action research purposes,third stages of research to study the teaching assessment of innovation,based on the qualitative and quantitative analysis of data in the process of action research,discusses the micro learning positive performance of tourism from the perspective of teaching innovation and negative performance.Finally,on the basis of summing up the full text,draw four conclusions:First,micro learning in teaching ideas to increase interactivity,but reduce the attention and self-control;The second,Learning has increased the novelty of learning in teaching methods,but it has increased the gap between students’ learning efficiency;The third,micro learning enriches the learning resources in the teaching content,but it aggravates the difficulty of information screening and screening;The forth,micro learning plays a positive role in teaching assessment,which can comprehensively examine students’ ability and performance.And we puts forward feasible innovation countermeasures. |
