Junior high school students in the learning process,because of the restriction of knowledge,cognitive development,learning achievement.There are significant differences,it is difficult to determine the cause of teachers teaching and learning objectives set expected starting point.In order to improve the quality of teaching and improve the pertinence of classroom teaching,some schools adopt the teaching method of teaching with different levels.Based on the practice of Hohhot seventeen middle school "hierarchical teaching" as a case,using a combination of research methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,classroom observation,interviews and data analysis,focusing on the investigation of the school implementation of "take the specific management of the effectiveness of teaching classes,stratification analysis of the existing problems,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the work.Research work for half a year,has collected the first semester of the school year second and the first semester of the second year of school students in the first large-scale test scores for the comparison of changes in the level of students before and after the change in the situation of the three.The rank sum test was used to observe the change of the students,and tocheck the rationality of the transfer and transfer.Self learning interest and attitude of 4 copies of the questionnaire(pretest and posttest),for the changes of statistics collection of implementing hierarchical teaching after learning interest and learning attitude;to interview2 copies,according to the students and teachers were interviewed,collect relevant qualitative data.At the same time,with more time in the classroom to observe the behavior of the students in class,to provide first-hand empirical data for the conclusion of the study.The study found that students in the school on the class allocation method of stratification is desirable,which lead to students' psychological gap does not appear substantial adjustment level;implement class system,hierarchical teaching,can enhance students' interest in learning,learning attitude change;hierarchical walking class system to a certain extent to encourage students' confidence,has a role in promoting their learning;teachers think that hierarchical teaching can face the differences between students,is a kind of teaching organization for the common progress of all students.It is also found that the school ranked only by stratified mathematics and English scores of students,teachers may seem relatively one-sided;there is a Rosenthal effect in a certain extent,the effect is not conducive to the implementation of the hierarchical teaching;in view of the existing problems,the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions related.Finally,the whole research process is reviewed,and the main problems are analyzed.
