In the full time compulsory education mathematics curriculum standard(Revised),it clearly defines the basic connotation of "problem solving",and pointed out that "problem solving" in primary school mathematics teaching has important educational value and function. The author makes critical incidents research and analysis the learning Situation, the problem solving ability of the text primary school students in grade two is still a distance from the curriculum standard,It is an urgent problem to be solved. This study select the fifth primary school in Helingeer County of Inner Mongolia as the experimental school,Focus on exploring the effective strategies to improve the ability of solving mathematical problems, methods and ways of implementation. On the basis of observation and analysis of the text primary school classroom teaching of the second grade mathematics teachers and students’ learning behavior, comprehensive consideration of the students’ mathematical cognitive psychology, the level of development of thinking and language features,to select the teaching content of "multiplication in table",and according to the activity theory, designing team(collaborative inquiry)learning activity program,to do an empirical study of planning, action, observation and reflection,in order to improve the effectiveness of the strategies used in the action cycle, the relevant teaching strategies are revised and adjusted in time.Select the research object that required starting level of the two classes is almost the same,to design the research program and conduct teaching experiments. After the first round of action, analysis the test data,experiment(1)is better than the comparison class(3)in the average value, the standard rate and the dispersion degree of the content of "problem solving".Andthrough path analysis, the experiment(1)’s support level of the students’ mathematics thinking block to the problem solving group was higher than that of the comparison class(3).After the analysis of the data of the latter round of action, with the cycle of action to promote the students’ problem solving ability is on the rise, the emotional attitude of the mathematics curriculum also has a positive effect.Considering that there are some differences in the sex ratio of the two classes of students, the regression analysis method. It was found that the students of the experiment(1)’s "problem solving" scores were better than those in the comparison class(3).At the same time, the differences between groups were tested, and the results showed that there was no significant difference between the groups. The results are as follows: the reasonable application of the teaching strategies such as the interest of the level, the perception of resonance, the strengthening of cooperation and the representation of life, can help students to improve the ability of problem solving in mathematics learning. The conclusions of the study can provide reference and reference for the teaching reform of the relevant schools in order to reduce and eliminate the arbitrariness and inefficiency in the teaching practice of "problem solving".Finally, the whole process of reflection, analysis of the main problems. For example: due to the limitation of personal experience and time, teaching experiment lasted a short time, the conclusion could not be verified repeatedly;the students’ affective attitude questionnaire, the reliability and validity of rigorous statistical tests were not;for students to "solve" the ability of target detection with reasonable items(i.e.validity problem)yet to be careful scrutiny and so on.The existence of these problems,to a certain extent, affected the reliability of the research conclusion.
