In 2011 the Ministry of Education promulgated the "compulsory education mathematics curriculum standards(2011 Edition)",which points to the students,can learn from the point of view of mathematics found problems and questions,applying mathematical knowledge to solve simple problems......get to analyze the problem and solve the problem of some basic methods,the diversity of experience method to solve problems the development of innovation consciousness......",to encourage teachers and students to solve mathematical problems to give a high degree of concern and attention.In the field of mathematics education and research in China,the solution of mathematical problems has been paid more and more attention by experts and scholars.Practice has also been constantly demonstrating that,at present,our pupils do have problems of mathematical problem-solving ability,lack of problem awareness and innovation consciousness,and teachers’ training for them is not perfect.There have been many outstanding achievements in this field at present,but also enrich and improve the space,so the study and research of mathematics problem solving ability present situation and strategy,have a certain value for enhancing the students’ ability to solve mathematical problems in china.This study mainly includes the following aspects.First of all,on the basis of the analysis of a large number of documents,the relevant theoretical basis and previous studies are combed,and the core concepts are defined.Based on the related elaboration to solve problems in the new curriculum goal and the basic idea,in the interviews of experts,to try and explore a built in line with the idea of new curriculum,mathematical problems for the comprehensive development of students ability of solving structure,and the segmentation and simple analysis.Secondly,in the construction of the elementary student mathematics problem solving ability based on the structure of M primary school in S city as an example,through a series of research work,through the integrated use of questionnaires,interviews,paper analysis and observation,collecting related with the study of the data and information,on the whole understanding of the M primary school mathematics to solve the problem of the current situation of cultivating ability,summarized the existing problems,and find the reason.Finally,according to the structure of mathematics problem-solving ability in primary schools,and the problems and reasons found in the research,we put forward strategies for developing primary school mathematics problem-solving ability.Mainly includes: in the situation and information,pay attention to students’ ability to identify problems;increase interaction,creating a positive environment to ask questions;pay attention to the training of students’ thinking,paying attention to the students’ analysis ability;cultivate students’ reflective evaluation habits,cultivate the ability to solve problems;strengthen the curriculum standard learning,reasonable use of teaching materials..
