Research On The College Students' EQ Cultivation Under The Entrepreneursiiip Education Perspective

In the 2014 summer Davos forum,Premier Li Keqiang first proposed the "public entrepreneurship,innovation".Then "public entrepreneurship,innovation" has been written into the government work report of the State Council in 2015 and 13th Five-Year planning,which raised the public's attention and enthusiasm for entrepreneurship once again.When he went to visit across the country,he showed the party and the government's support for youth entrepreneurship.More and more college students prefer to start their own business instead of finding a job when the current employment situation is grim and many support policies has been put forward by the government.Although the entrepreneurial intention of college students has become increasingly strong,and the policy support of government and colleges has been strengthened,the entrepreneurship rate and success rate of establishment are still not high.The low level of emotional intelligence has become a major obstacle to the success of university students.In the perspective of entrepreneurship education,this paper introduces the college students' EQ cultivation from five parts.The first part introduces mostly three contents.There are definition and chief elements of EQ,the connotation of EQ cultivation.The second part summarizes the EQ cultivation under the entrepreneurial education perspective from five aspects,which are abilities of self-cognition,self-management,self-encouragement,cognizing others'emotions and interpersonal.The significance of EQ cultivation for college students'innovative undertaking is also mentioned in this part.The third part makes an authentic proof research on the EQ of college students and analyzes the influence factors on it.The forth part summarizes present situation of college students' EQ cultivation,problems existing in it and main limiting factors to college students' EQ level.The last part of this paper proposes the path of college students' EQ cultivation under the entrepreneurship education perspective.
