High-quality kindergarten teachers are the guarantee of high-quality pre-school education,in order to improve the quality of pre-school education in all regions began to focus on the construction of pre-school teachers.Mainland China in2012 introduced the "kindergarten teacher professional standards" from the professional concept,professional knowledge,professional ability of three aspects of a qualified kindergarten should have the professionalism of kindergarten teachers for pre-service training provides an important reference.Teachers’ practical knowledge is the "connotation" activity of teachers as an educational practitioner in discovering and insighting their own practices and experiences.In the actual teaching of kindergarten teachers influence the absorption and use of theoretical knowledge,affecting teachers in kindergarten day life in the life of the security is the teacher to carry out professional education and teaching work an important guarantee.Therefore,the study of pre-school kindergarten teachers practical knowledge training system,can provide high-quality kindergarten teachers to provide theoretical support.In this paper,two universities in mainland China and Taiwan,for example,compare the training objectives,curriculum and practice links of the pre-service kindergarten teachers in practice,and analyze the practical knowledge of kindergarten teachers System similarities and differences.On the basis of this,the paper summarizes the characteristics of the practical knowledge cultivation system of pre-service kindergarten teachers on both sides of the strait,and provides reference for the training of preschool kindergarten teachers’ practical knowledge.This paper mainly adopts the methods of text analysis and interview,and collects the textual materials of two colleges and universities through the training program,curriculum outline,teaching plan and so on,and supplemented by the interview data to complete the comparison and characteristics of the practical knowledge of pre-school kindergartenteachers The summary.Through the comparison,it is found that the common characteristics of preschool kindergarten teachers’ practical knowledge cultivation are:1.Training objectives to practice orientation;2.The curriculum is dominated by professional competence;3.Paying Attention to Cultivating Educational Practice.That the difference is:1.Training objectives reflect different talents to cultivate ideas;2.The curriculum focuses on cultivating different professional abilities;3.Internships focus on different practical knowledge;This paper provides a realistic basis for the pre-service training of kindergarten teachers,and provides theoretical guidance for the construction of high-quality kindergarten teachers.
