| With the national medium and long-term education reform and development plan outline(2010-2020)and the ministry of education on the opinions of the excellent teacher training plan "and other important documents,issued by state for the training quality of preschool teachers’ team is more and more attention.In the process of the cultivation of preschool teachers in colleges and universities bear the important responsibility,promote the rapid development of preschool teachers’ practical knowledge,is to improve the quality of preschool teachers training,the knowledge base of preschool teachers’ professional development.This study through the questionnaire method and interview method to construct the practical knowledge structure and the self-made "pre-service preschool teachers’ practical knowledge questionnaire,investigating 1916 students before normal school education,get the following conclusion:1.The pre-service preschool teachers’ practical knowledge including practical knowledge about self-knowledge,on children’s day life of the organization’s practical knowledge,practical knowledge about early childhood development,practical knowledge about child study and practical knowledge on the interaction of the environment in five aspects.2.Pre-service preschool teachers’ practical knowledge overall development situation is good,the one about the children daily life organization of practical knowledge and practical knowledge about child study score is higher,about self-knowledge lower scores of practical knowledge,practical knowledge on the interaction of the environment and practical knowledge about early childhood development scored lowest.3.The pre-service preschool teachers’ practical knowledge in grade,gender,place of residence,preschool education major to enter oneself for an examination the first choice of undergraduate course there exist significant differences such as demographic variable;4.The development characteristics of pre-service preschool teachers’ practical knowledge is shown as: college students’ practical knowledge has empirical;Sophomore,junior students’ practical knowledge embodied in theory;Senior student of the practical knowledge embodied in the combination of theory with practice;5.Affect the pre-service preschool teachers’ practical knowledge mainly includes individual and the core factors for the development of the school,the two aspects of individual factors include self personality traits,early life experience and learning motivation and learning,school factors including education practice,education practice and study. |
