From a global perspective,education reform has been one of the important ways to improve the quality of education and promote social development.Since the implementation of the new curriculum reform in 2002,the research based on the class reform has a certain scale and system.The research on the core literacy of students is also a hot topic in recent years.This paper mainly takes Shandong Province Changle Foreign Language School as a case,through participant observation,interviews and material collecting research,aims to analyze the theoretical research and practice on student's core literacy improvement based on "Three-E Class"(Three-E means efficiency,effectiveness,effect)reform.This thesis includes four parts: the first part is the introduction,a detailed description of the basic ideas and literature review,research background,purpose,content,significance,methods,and especially emphasizes the analysis of research methods and materials.From the literature review and the number of theme sort can be seen,“Three-E Class” reform and student's core literacy is becoming the research focus and research based on the logical relationship between the two aspects is relatively lack,which reflects the value of this research;The second part is that the theoretical research on the improvement of student's core literacy based on the " Three-E Class " reform.First of all,explain the connotation and extension of Changle Foreign Language School " Three-E Class " reform,namely the theory of leading the theoretical foundation in macro and micro operation rules;secondly,to explore the origin of Changle Foreign Language School " Three-E Class" reform,which highlight the endogeneity of school reform and development and external needs of " Three-E Class " reforming practice;finally,straighten out the "Three-E Class " reform logic relations and promote students' core literacy,namely "Three-E Class " reform,for students' core literacy improvement,provides a core,comprehensive and college field,and students' core literacy deepen the " real and effective " class reform theory,reinforce the long-term effectiveness of class reform and highlight the individual class training subject.The third part is that,the practical research on the improvement of the core literacy of the students with the “Three-EClass " reform.Mainly reflected in: grasping the full range of " Three-E Class " to promote students' learning and literacy development of all-round development,grasping the effectiveness of class teaching for students' learning and development,grasping the effectiveness of class teaching to build a bridge for students to enhance the quality of learning and development,grasping the effect of class teaching to highlight the effectiveness of student learning and development of the four aspects of literacy,which is through a large number of practical cases to further understand the“Three-E Class " reform and enhance the core literacy of students.However,the case analysis in the course of the study,there are also some problems,because the school class reform is ongoing,the current research results of the class with the deepening of the reform may be some deviation.In addition,although in the course of the study,the author as much as possible to go to school to study,because of the level of their own limitations,the research result may be subtle and,therefore,as the internal logical relationship between the maximum capacity of interpretation in the process of researchBased on the above analysis,the conclusions of the research,the “Three-E Class "reform has important theoretical significance and practical significance for students' core literacy,which play a basic role is conducive to theoretical and practical path to improvement of students' core literacy,which not only achieve the deepening target,but also in a more vivid the typical case,to enhance students' core literacy,provide practical mode for reference,to enable student's core literacy to be real.
