As a teacher,he is a model.The realization of the role of education depends on teachers in the final analysis.The quality of teachers directly affects the improvement of the quality of education and the cultivation of talents.Without high-quality teachers,there is no high-quality education.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that education should be given priority,education modernization should be accelerated,and people should be provided with satisfactory education.It is necessary to strengthen the construction of teachers' morality and style and cultivate high-quality teachers.In order to promote the reform and development of teacher education,comprehensively improve the quality of teachers,and strive to build a team of high-quality professional and innovative teachers.The quality of future schools and education,and the quality of talents,depend to a large extent on the literacy and abilities of teachers.High school ideological and political education is a special subject.Political and educational nature is the most distinctive feature distinguishing it from other disciplines.To develop students' key abilities and essential characters,and to cultivate the core literacy of students' political disciplines,high school political teachers must With the ability to cultivate students' core literacy,the construction of teachers' academic literacy is the first step to promote the development of students' core literacy.Based on the core literacy background,this study is based on the characteristics of high school ideological and political subject,focusing on the development of the disciplines literacy of teachers and students,combining the core literacy of ideological and political disciplines with the literacy of ideological and political teachers.According to the core literacy of ideological and political disciplines,namely political identity,The scientific spirit,the consciousness of the rule of law and public participation have summarized the disciplines literacy of high school ideological and political teachers into political literacy,scientific literacy,rule of law literacy and public participation literacy.Through questionnaires and interviews,this paper studies and analyzes the main problems of the current high school ideological and political teachers' subject quality,and analyzes the reasons for these problems.On this basis,it explores the path of improvingthe high school ideological and political teachers' discipline literacy.
