Research On The Improved Method Of NCRE Management System In A Test CentreTianjin

NCRE has been promoted in our country for more than 20 years,the number of candidates is incresing every year,popularity degree and importance degree is also getting higher and higher,along with the continuous development and reform of NCRE system,content,examination form,its management system also continue to improve,but in the implementation of the examination of the link,there still exist some problems,which will directly or indirectly affect the test development.This article selects NCRE test center in Tianjin as the research object,research and analysis of the test sites in NCRE examination management present situation,problems and causes.According to these problems and the reasons,this thesis presents corresponding improvement measures and suggestions,to provide reference for the other test institutions NCRE management work,promote NCRE examination of the sustained and healthy development.First,basing on the analysis of the relevant research literature on the management method of NCRE.Analysis of examination management system structure,content,procedure,method and mode are summarized,to tease out the,key contents as well as the design of the structure.Secondly,through the literature method,interview method,investigation method,system analysis method to the problems existing in the management of NCRE for comparison and analysis,find the common problems existing in NCRE examination management system,and identify issues behind the causes,suit the remedy to the case,put forward the improvement measures and suggestions.Finally,NCRE for our country’s talent training has very important significance.In this thesis,the research on the management system,to cause the attention of the relevant departments of computer management,effectively improve the defects in the current management system,promote the NCRE forward,for the state and society culture more people with a high level of computer application skills.
