Self-study Examination General Test Base Management System And Its Intelligent Test Strategy

The Test Management Information Construction in the Higher Education Self-taught Exam has been the research hotspot of the Ministry of Education and the self-taught test units all over the country. It has been considered one of the "11th Five-Year" development projects in the test center of the Ministry of Education. As the first exploration of the Self-taught Test Section in Tianjin Test Institution in order to realize the share of question resource, this research is the subjection of the "11th Five-Year" scientific research project that is named the Research of Question Bank Management in Higher Education Self-taught Test. The author has taken charge of the research and design of General Question Management System and the realization of auto-composing test paper strategy based on Genetic Algorithm.Based on the study of some literatures and practical projects, this thesis has provided the design principle, the whole structure of system, the function modules and the detail design for database, and finished the development and technology resolving, according as the item bank theories, educational measure theories and relevant criterions, combining the character of Self-taught test model in our country.This research has provided a new systematic structure that is "service-orient and thin" client port, realizing 3-tiers on physical facet and n-tiers on logistic facet, mitigating the frequently internet transmitted pressure, ensuring the security of system key data, avoiding the leak of core technologies. This system has solved the problem of mix graphic and text successfully, and achieved the formatting of the questions written in Word, the batch input and the auto-typesetting. It has introduced the composing paper strategies that are manual, bilateral table of detailed catalogue and automatic to meet the needs of different question bank size. The automatic composing paper algorithm based on Genetic Algorithm has adopted sectional real number coding, adaptive arithmetic operators using for cross or mutation and the thought that the question types are divided based on knowledge-restricted.
