Under the background of a large number of rural surplus labor force shift outward,many scholars and social people advocated promoting nearest employment.In this way,both monetary costs of laborer such as life and transportation costs and non-currency costs such as psychological anxiety can be greatly reduced,moreover,it helps amplify happiness,which benefits family reconstruction.Nevertheless,social issue such as lack of juveniles;education,senior citizen’s support question,the quarreled family,not only occurred in the splitting up of families.The attention on left-’behind family results in ignoring a large number of peasant workers and families which migrant nearby.The author poses the question:does peasant workers employed nearby work to solve the social questions generated by left-behind families?Since women often act as a family caretaker,when it comes to women peasant workers,role conflict between employment and family become more fierce,which will usually affect their family care,triggering a series of social families problem.Therefore,the author refer to women peasant workers,applies the the theory of class analysis and the theory of social gender,bringing relevant laws and regulations such as the labor rights protection into research on women workers’ nearest employment and family care,especially the influence of employment status on family care.The main research object is married women workers from the seaming and picking workshop of W Knitting Company Ltd in Nan’an.Through field investigation of anthropology and non-structured interview method to collect survey data.First of all,try to understand the reason why women workers can work in the factories nearby,and try to explore women workers’ job choices.Secondly,analyze the employment status of women workers who works nearby,in other words,analyze the influence of the factory system on women workers’ family care.Finally,analyze the employment stress women workers who works nearby faced,understand women workers’ "double stress and dilemma".Studies found that women workers achieve employment nearby has some positive roles for society,family and even themselves,but it doesn’t mean better family care.To some extent,women workers’ nearest employment eased the problem of lack of family care,due to the employment stress come form women workers’ class main body status and family stress compared to traditional gender,this kind of ease does not really solve the double predicament of women workers.The employment location is not the main cause for family care neglect,the true reason is the employment status under factory system.Overtime work normalization and delicate piece rate system under factory system seriously affect women workers’ interests protection and family care.Research suggests that women workers’ nearest employment under suppression of factory system faced more tress.Therefore,the key is to focus on factory system and improve the employment status of women workers,can truly ease women workers’ "double stress" from employment and family,and then improve women workers’ family care.
