Chinese as a comprehensive and practical high degree of integration of disciplines, affecting its rich content on students is extensive and profound. The teaching of reading as an important part of middle and high school language teaching, undertakes to develop students ’horizons, to enhance students’ language proficiency, and enhance the overall quality of students the task of grades primary language high reading teaching effectiveness of the strategy research of great practical significance.This thesis is divided into three parts:The first part, the author of "reading" "effective teaching" and "reading teaching effectiveness" in the definition, further explained the value in research of this subject; the second part, to Fuzhou Education the first college is affiliated elementary school high school students for the survey, the main problem of the investigation is currently in primary school teaching reading exist; the third part of this thesis as important and difficult. The first two sections explain the research-based high school for the elementary school Chinese reading teaching problems existing in the corresponding effectiveness of the strategy. First, to develop precise teaching objectives; secondly, to select appropriate teaching methods; again, the use of scientific teaching evaluation; and finally, improving teachers’ personal qualities are very necessary. Starting from the actual classroom, respect for personality development of students, and then choose an effective reading strategies.In summary, this paper studies the actual survey, closely combining theory and practice. In language curriculum standards as a research basis, students’ interest in reading and comprehensive ability as a theoretical starting point, through literature research, research and other research methods of use of specific case studies analysis, to explore to enhance the First Affiliated Primary Fuzhou colleges of education go further level Chinese reading teaching effectiveness of the policy.
