The history of education group has only been through 30 years,but the speed of its expanding is more than expected.In terms of the form of education group,most people would think that it is only applied with a new operational mode.But in fact,there is rich connotation behind the simple manifestation.The emergence of education group is not an accidental event or copycat behavior,but correspond to specific environment,historical origin and the rule of the economic development.Indeed,it is not only the product of educational industry which is developed to a certain stage,but also comply with the development of market economy and the trend of China,s economic and social development requirements.In facing with the diversified needs and increasingly scarce high quality education resources,education group is the inevitable choice of education industry development.The appearance of education group can not only meet the needs of educational diversification,but also speed up the development of quality education.However,while the education group develops steadily in the social sector,the relevant theoretical research of education group appears stalled,especially the management models theoretical research of education group.Because of the lack of theoretical research to guide the practice of education group at the macro level,many problems have appeared in the practice of education group.Firstly,this paper combed the domestic and foreign research about the concepts and the management of education group,explored and summarized the theories that our country transformed the development from basic education school to collectivize running school,in order to to provide the theoretical reference to the further development of the education group in the theory and practice.Secondly,based on the existing research results,this paper expound the research about the collectivize running school in China.Then,it analyzed and summarized the background and surroundings of development about the collectivize running school,which provided a clear context for the subsequent research.And next,to summarized the management mode of current education group,according to the type of education group to match the appropriate management mode,then make an in-depth exploration of education group management mode from the theoretically level.The paper analyzed the present situation and problems of the education group which took the Guangzheng education group in Guangdong province as an example,and puts forward relevant suggestions for education policy.The author believed there were some problems in Guangzheng education group management mode of development in China,such as the lack of internal management,the contradictions management quality and quantity,"homogeneity" operation and management,financing、charging for education group and education monopoly and so on.All of those can be a stumbling stock of the healthy and sustainable development of Guangzheng education group,and it’s necessary for our country education group to solve the problem in the process of practice.To solve these problems,this paper put forward optimization Suggestions,including perfect education group’s governance structure,standardize the education group’s internal management system,promote education administration normative construction group,strengthen the talent management mode optimization innovation of GuangZheng education group.Only in this way can theGuangzheng education group brand play the biggest social benefits,enlarge the scale of the quality-oriented education and improve the quality of the quality education,reduce the cost and risk of running education group then meet the growing demand for quality education in society.
