College Graduate Students Ideological And Educational Countermeasures

Graduate students are high-level talents cultivated by our country's higher education, who shoulder the historic task of national science and technology progress and the national promotion. The comprehensive quality of the graduate students have the direct bearing on the development of the country, national rise and fall of ascension and the comprehensive national strength. In the current society, the education of graduate students group more attention on the knowledge reserve and the cultivation of the scientific research ability, and less on the ideological quality education, leading to problems of political thought, value idea, learning consciousness and self-management. Therefore, to understand the current mental situation, to strengthen the ideological education of university graduate students, and to cultivate the positive attitude in order to adapt to the society are the important part of graduate education.In this article, under the new situation of the graduate education reform, based on conclusion of the research achievement from home and abroad, I want to make some beneficial discussion of the "university graduate student ideological status and education countermeasures" by the way in combining theoretical analysis and empirical investigation. First, I elucidate the ideological quality of the graduate students, the connotation, the theoretical basis and the significance of the ideological education to lay the foundation of this paper. Secondly, I investigate the ideological situation by the way of empirical investigation among the eight universities in Shenyang. The analysis results shows that the ideological situation of the graduate students in Shenyang showed a trend of good, and the good state of mind is moving in the right direction. However, there are some problems among some of them such as political fuzzy ideal faith, academic pressure, learning objectives confusion, a strong sense of self, weak collective idea, network addict, and mental health problem.Thirdly, based on the understanding of the situation of the ideological situation of the graduate students in Shenyang, I analysis the reason for the problem from social, scholastic, familial and individual aspects. Finally, the countermeasures of strengthening graduate students ideological education in colleges and universities are put forward.To create a sound social atmosphere of ideological education. To play a role of main channel of ideological education in colleges and universities. To optimize the environment of family education thought. Promote the self education ability of the graduate students. To make a new situation of the ideological education could be created in our country and the reference of operating value could be provided.
