Research On The Educational Satisfaction Of Postgraduates Majoring In Physical Education In Yunnan Under The Background Of Deepening The Educational Reform Of Postgraduates

Research objectives: This study through to the yunnan province sports professional graduate education satisfaction survey analysis,understand the current status of sports professional postgraduate education in yunnan province satisfaction,professional sports graduate courses of universities and colleges in yunnan province(special training)teaching,scientific research work,teachers and the training unit management and the comprehensive quality of service,employment expectation and employment guidance education five satisfaction level indicators,in order to enrich education graduate student satisfaction evaluation system,in yunnan province university sports professional education graduate student satisfaction index,measure the university teaching quality of sports disciplines in yunnan province and the hardware service level in colleges and universities.Research methods: This study through literature search related research literature as the theoretical support,through the expert investigation method to establish the professional sports education graduate student satisfaction evaluation index and design professional postgraduate education in yunnan province sports satisfaction questionnaire,according to the questionnaire of recycling situation,using SPSS21.0 software makes difference analysis of relevant data,in order to find out in yunnan province,the problems existing in the professional sports graduate students in the process of cultivating and deficiencies,promote the reform of the system of graduate education in professional sports,complete sports professionals to hatch..Research results: According to the results of the investigation on the educational satisfaction of postgraduates majoring in physical education in yunnan province,there is still a big gap between the educational satisfaction of postgraduates majoring in physical education in yunnan province and the expected educational service quality.In general,the four first-level indicators of educational satisfaction,namely,curriculum teaching,scientific research,management of training institutions and comprehensive service quality,employment expectation and employment guidance,are close to general satisfaction,and the score of instructor satisfaction is close to satisfaction.Conclusion:In view of the problems existing in the educational satisfaction of postgraduates majoring in physical education in yunnan province,it should be improved from the following aspects:1.Increase physical education competition and optimize the curriculum;2.In terms of scientific research,improve the sports scientific research management system;3.In terms of teachers’ guidance,strengthen the communication between teachers and students and strengthen the guidance from teachers;4.In terms of the management and comprehensive service quality of the training units,the training opportunities of sports qualification certificates should be increased,the construction of sports equipment and venues should be improved,and the opportunities of academic exchange for postgraduates in sports major should be enhanced;5.In terms of employment expectation and employment guidance,improve the employment guidance service system and improve the comprehensive quality of students.
