Research On User Behavior Analysis Of Network Teaching Platform Based On Data Mining

Development trend of higher education informatization and digitization of education,construction of University Digital process,application of the network teaching platform more and more widely.But applied to the University's network teaching platform in teaching and management also created new problems,how to conduct network teaching assessment.We take classes in traditional teaching mode and other methods to evaluate teachers ' teaching quality and effectiveness.But in a non-traditional teaching mode in network teaching and traditional methods can not be used to assess,therefore,there will be a demand for network teaching assessment.In the present network teaching mode,teaching is carried out in tools such as computer,not show directly to the evaluators,but through the keyboard click,mouse-typing,touch,touch screen.This is the teaching of information technology Act,and can only use information tools to the analysis of these acts.I hope that the ideal network teaching assessment mode,teaching evaluation system itself becomes a machine learning system,based on teachers ' teaching behavior and learning behavior as input,course grades as output.Among them,the evaluation system in teachers 'student input and feedback(that is,the supervised learning)in the process of mining education and learning new knowledge and new skills,to continue to improve the teaching effect of the order.Finally,can achieve the following results: one is to evaluate the effectiveness of teaching,and the other is based on historical assessment,which in turn prompted teachers,according to the results of the data analysis system ever,at what time,what kind of students,what teaching methods can achieve better results.A simple summary,is by way of machine learning,intelligent teaching evaluation system can help teachers and students extract and summarize advantages and disadvantages in education and learning.In other words,on the premise of teaching the information platform of the network,a machine learning approach to summary and found the teaching of law,so as to improve the teaching effect.Of course,to implement this system,it takes a lot of work.So my condition in finite time,refer to the modern mainstream examples of data analysis,using data mining techniques in this article to preliminary data analysis of student behavior in the teaching platform.According to network teaching platform is SAKAI system.Use data mining methods in the two semesters of the academic year,total 3 teachers to the JAVA language,this course opened 5 class a network,a total of 271 students behavior to data,statistics and analyses.Student's final exam in this course as a result,to analyzestudent learning behavior in network teaching platform of its subjects what kind of impact,influence and size.This data analysis algorithm is a classification and regression tree(CART)algorithm.Data mining is the process,through database integration of means of extracting the original data,and data pre-processing,data model,and finally through the software for data mining.Using data mining,rather than simple sequencing and other traditional approaches to evaluations,because traditional statistical analysis methods can only reach a limited number of broad results.Use data mining methods,you can get more detailed results,such as teachers and students ' work in various online teaching modules,what are the factors or combinations of factors for student achievement is more effective.Network teaching in order to assess,more valuable,more conducive to safeguard and improve the teaching effect of network teaching platform.
