Design And Implementation Of Teaching Material Management And Distribution System Of Sichuan Radio And TV University

With the three-level school-running model, Sichuan Radio and TV University has 27 city-level schools and more than 150 county-level schools, involving more than 3000 kinds of textbooks,1,000,000 total issuance and the fixed price of upto 15 million yuan each semester. Therefore, the issuance of teaching material of Sichuan Radio and TV University has the features such as wide geographical allotment and wide varieties. However, the software system using currently cannot meet the need of the current work. Thus, the university urgently needs to develop a type of convenient, powerful and stable software of teaching material management and distribution.In this thesis, the specific needs of the software of teaching material management and distribution of Sichuan Radio and Television University is analyzed in detail, and ultimately it is determined to design a teaching material management and distribution system based on C/S mode. The software is designed and developed entirely based on the Sichuan Radio and Television University teaching management needs, and thus will be more practical and feasible.There are five chapters in the thesis. Chapter1 introduces the background and significance of this subject at home and abroad, as well as research content of this thesis; Chapter 2 analyzes the users'need including target requirements, functional requirements, performance requirements and data flow diagram of the system; Chapter 3 discusses the analysis and design of teaching materials management and distribution system of Sichuan Radio and TV University, including the delineation and design of the system and database; Chapter 4 describes the design and implementation of the system in detail in the way of block diagram and text expressing ideas, processing logic and process of implementation; Chapter 5 describes the operating environment, and simple show of the operating effects of the system.The software system adapts well to the special three-level management model of radio and TV universities in China and it is very helpful to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the teaching material management and distribution greatly.
