Reason And Countermeasure About Learning Motivation Of Middle Vocational Student In Sichuan

in recent years,although the state has been strongly advocated the development of vocational education,and hope that through vocational education send high-quality skill type talent to the social from every walk of life.But in fact,quite part of students in middle vocational education in our country are lacking learning motivation,which not only seriously affected their study initiative and learning efficiency,but also bad for the long-term development of middle vocational school and the progress of social productivity.Since entering the middle vocational school,how to enhance the learning motivation of middle vocational student has been bothering me,so the author use the students in Sichuan tourism school as an example,through literature study,questionnaire,interviews and other research methods to do the study on the present conditions of the student's learning motivation,seek the cause of the reason about why middle vocational student lacking learning motivation and try to put forward effective countermeasures to reinforce the it.This paper is divided into four most:The first part is introduction,it makes clear about the background about why selected this topic and it's significance,defines the core concepts involved in this paper,determine the research objectives,research contents and research methods of this article,the literature review at home and abroad about the research of present situation supply a solid theoretical basis to the body writing.The second part is the current sicucation about the learning motivation of middle vocational student,first of all introduced a variety of performance on learning about the middle vocational student's,and then through the research on different grades,different professional in Sichuan tourism school,summarizes the current situcation on learning about the stundents in Sichuan tourism school,and as a basis to find out why middle vocational student lacking learning motivation.The third part is try to find reason about why middle vocational student lacking learning motivation,this part firstly analysis the influencing factor between internal and external factors of middle vocational student's learning motivation by the learningmotivation system structure;And then,find reason about why middle vocational student lacking learning motivation from learning objectives,learning interest,learning attitude and other internal factors and external factors such as school,family and social.Based on the analysis of internal factors,the author makes every effort to find out the real source of the whole.The fourth part is the countermeasures to reinforce the middle vocational student's learning motivation at present stage.The author points out that the key to reinforcing the middle vocational student's learning motivation is help them to overcome self-based and enhance confidence,but the coordination and effort fron schools,parents and society is integral,the author puts foward a series of countermeasures from the school's point of view for students,parents,society and school itself.
