With the rapid development of science,technology and economy,more and more people choose to travel frequently.China’s tourism industry has been the rapid development of the tourism industry.It will become the fastest growing industry in the service industry in the near future to promote the rapid economic growth in China.But the current education in vocational schools and colleges of tourism lacks professional talents and some problems need to be solved urgently.Most graduates in vocational schools and colleges of tourism are not equal to the corresponding positions in the tourism markets,causing the emergence of the “supply and demand dislocation” phenomenon,because it does not match with the market demand of tourism talents training in vocational schools and colleges.Thus it loses the fundamental purpose of the vocational education that the grass-roots staff can not be trained to meet the current market demand.This paper uses the theory of multiintelligences of the American famous psychologist Gardiner.According to the investigation and analysis of characteristics of higher vocational schools and colleges of tourism,the eight basic intelligences of students in higher vocational schools and colleges majoring in tourism are not cultivated adequately.The theory of the research and analysis on the vocational schools and colleges of tourism applied talents based on the proposed relevant countermeasures in higher vocational schools and colleges of tourism applied talents training,so that we can improve the number of higher vocational students’ intelligence development to be effective.Students should find their advantages and disadvantages of their intelligences,try their best to strengthen their advantages and at the same time they should pay attention to their own disadvantages to ultimately adapt to all kinds of new requirements of the tourism markets in the future. |
