The Research On Tourism Talents Cultivation Model Of Vocational Colleges Of Agriculture And Forestry

Nowadays,the tourism industry develops very fast in China,especially the rise of leisure agriculture and rural tourism,which has changed Chinese tourism concepts and consumption patterns.The leisure agriculture and rural tourism promoted the adjustment of the professional talents structure.At this background,the development of tourism major in vocational colleges of agriculture and forestry has its own advantages and characteristics.How to break through the traditional talents cultivation model and to develop an education road for the tourism market are the ways for the change of tourism major of vocational colleges of agriculture and forestry.The thesis studied from the talents training mode and optimized the analysis target of the tourism professional talents in vocational colleges of agriculture and forestry.This paper mainly adopted the literature method,survey and study method,comparison and analysis method and so on.At the background of the continuous innovation model for vocational education talents training,although it has clear career-oriented talents training target,reasonable talents training path and timely adjustment of talent evaluation system,it has certain problems in its development process.In this paper,the author compared talents training model selecting from five universities,five non-agricultural vocational colleges and vocational colleges of agriculture and forestry.After comparison,the author sought similarities and differences,analyzed the status quo of the tourism talents training model,found and analyzed problems.According to the results of questionnaires,there are some problems in the tourism talents training model of vocational colleges of agriculture and forestry,such as orientation of the talents training,structure of professional teacher's knowledge,the number of teachers,the relevant agriculture courses,teaching methods,guidance of students' study,professional training platform and comprehensive qualities and so on.The premise of the optimization for tourism talents training is to analyze the reasons of the problems deeply and solve problems actively.Based on the development background of the leisure agriculture and rural tourism industry,the paper analyzed employees status of leisure agriculture and rural tourism industry and found new characteristics of the tourism talents demand.So that it can optimize the talents training model,suit new formats,accurate training goal orientation and seize the development of new forms of tourism industry.It should use market as an orientation and innovate teaching method,promote courses integration and enhance the application skills,pay attention to the college-enterprise cooperation and innovate talents training mechanism.The college-enterprise cooperation will promote cooperation security institutionalization,cooperation pattern diversification and benefit maximization.
