A Study On The Approach For The Cultivation Of Tourism Talents In Hainan Vocational Technical Colleges Based Vocational Ability Orientation

With the boom of the Hainan International Tourism Destination,tourism industry has been a pillar industry to promote Hainan economic development.Meanwhile,there are some serious problems which hinder the sustainable development of tourism in Hainan,such as a serious shortage of tourism professionals,the mismatch between the demand for tourism professionals and the cultivation of tourism professionals in vocational colleges.During the strategy implementation process of Hainan International Tourism Destination,the cultivation of tourism professionals is a high priority and the students majored in tourism in vocational colleges will be the foundation and main force in Hainan tourism industry.Adopting the method of combining theory and practice,this study focuses on the cultivation approach of tourism professionals in vocational colleges.Through the researches on the current situation of the cultivation of tourism professionals in Hainan vocational colleges,the supply and demand in Hainan tourism industry and the professional ability of Hainan tourism professionals based on competence modal,this study presents the existing problems of the cultivation of tourism professionals in Hainan vocational college and puts forward the approach for the cultivation of tourism professionals in Hainan vocational colleges based on vocational ability orientation.This approach can be divided into five parts:professionals cultivation target,curriculum system and teacher team,college-enterprise cooperation as well as evaluation system.These approaches will take effect in the form of centripetal force,execution and driving force,impetus force as well as safeguard force.Establishing Localization professionals cultivation aim of cultivating talents plays a leading role,which is centripetal force.Constructing and implementing curriculum system comprehensively is important means for achieving the cultivation aim,which is execution.Training high quality teacher team is driving force which can rapidly accelerate the process of talent cultivation.college-enterprise cooperation deeply integrated which can board the platform of talents cultivation and this is impetus force.Establishing diversified talent evaluation system is the effective safeguard for the talent cultivation work whether can be ability oriented.
