Research On The Innovation Of Students’ Management In Higher Vocational Colleges Under The "Micro Era"

Student management is an important part of the management of higher vocational colleges,students management work is directly related to the development of higher vocational colleges.In the "micro era",with micro-blog,WeChat and other micro media as the carrier,the new era of communication in the form of micro quotations,micro novel,micro film,micro public welfare,micro courses,micro learning and so on has been gradually integrated into the higher vocational college students’ daily study and life,and quickly become their important platform for access to information,interpersonal communication,leisure and entertainment,self presentation,emotional expression and social practice,opening a new era for them and deeply affecting the formation of their world outlook,outlook on life and values.The study of how to correctly grasp the development opportunity of "micro era" and how to use micro-blog,We Chat and other micro media platform as the carrier and battle field for the new management work of students is an important subject in Higher Vocational Colleges in the new period of student management theory and practice research.This paper mainly uses the literature research method,interviews,case study method and other research methods,from the "micro age" concept,from the thought and behavior,interpersonal relationship,learning life,mental health to analyzes the "micro era" positive and negative effects to the Vocational College Students’.Then,this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges for Higher Vocational College Students’ management in "micro age",such as: the need to update the management concept and management mode need to diversify,management more complex content,the need to strengthen the management team building etc.Then use the Changsha Commerce andTourism College as an example,analysis of the "micro age" of students management in Higher Vocational Colleges under the development situation and achievements,such as setting up the "student centered" management concept,build Multidimensional micro media management platform,enrich the work of student management team also,the existing problems are pointed out.Finally,put forward strategies of exploring the management measures of the Higher Vocational College Students under the background of micro era,such as establishing the management idea of "micro management",building the management team of "micro team",building the management platform of "micro media",and exploring and developing the management style of "micro activities".
