It mainly discusses the problem existing in professional college teacher's evaluation by deep thinking of traditional theory and summarizing of practice, together with its character and modern educational evaluation theory, finding out teacher-benefited evaluations is a necessary choice. By practice, it tries to construct enforceable strategies of teacher-benefited evaluation in professional colleges to promote the sustained development of professional education. It includes four parts:First, it's the preface and mainly about the research purpose, issues, methods and notion defining.Second, investigating and analyzing of present situation in professional college teacher evaluation. It finds out the disadvantages of traditional teacher evaluation system and analyses the reason by questionnaire, interview, document collection and analysis and by deep thinking of reward-or-punishment teacher evaluation practice, with the purpose of finding the basis in carrying out teacher-benefited evaluation.Third, expounding the necessity of teacher-benefited evaluation in professional college. It shows that it's a necessary choice and enforceable by introducing the connotation of developing evaluation, its practice in England as well as experiment.Finally, it is the studying and promulgating of enforceable strategies in professional colleges. Teacher-benefited evaluation is dynamic, individual and plural. Evaluation contents, step, and methods need to be integrated according to concrete evaluation purpose.
