Research On The Group Violence Of The Secondary Vocational School Female Students

In recent years,we can see some videos about the campus mass violence easily on the campus BBS,the web site of video,all kinds of news.Particularly the girl group's violent videos of the secondary vocational school,which make us feel worried.In fact,the girl group's violent videos of the secondary vocational school have been very common across the country,and there is little research work which relates to the girl group's violent videos of the secondary vocational school of our country.The author is engaged in student management work in a secondary vocational school,more than ninety percent of students are girls,and the girl group's violent problems of campus are increasingly prominent.Based on actual work experience,the author tries to in-depth research on this question and uses a variety of methods to participate in the interpretation of the phenomenon,in order to make a beneficial attempt in terms of understanding and controlling the violence.In order to research and solve the girl group's violent videos of the secondary vocational school effectively,the author has made an investigation of girl group's violent problems of a medical school in Shandong province.Firstly,made a questionnaire survey on students,Secondly,made a questionnaire survey on the director of girls' classes,thirdly,made a questionnaire survey on the part of girls' parents.Through investigation,found that the severe situation and characteristics of the girl group's violence of the secondary vocational school,and analyzed reasons for the girl group's violence of the secondary vocational school.There are mainly four aspects of reasons for the girl group's violence of the secondary vocational school.Firstly,the student's personal factor: The girls' comprehensive quality of the secondary vocational school is relatively low,there are also many problems,for example,the undefined purpose of study,a lot of the phenomenon of violating disciplines,the incorrect values,making friends careless and easily,the immature psychology of love,the weakness concept of the law,and so on.Furthermore,analyze from the group violence against girls to explain the reason.Secondly,the family factor: The family is the first class of a person's life and growth.There are many possible reasons for the girl's implementation of the group violence,for example,the defect of family structure,the weaken and dissimilation of family function,the improper educational method of family,the loweconomic income of family,the feudal ideas of the preference for sons over daughters,etc.Thirdly,the school factor: The school is the main place to educate girl students of the secondary vocational school;it is a unshirkable relationship between the function of its management and education and the girl group's violence.There are many school factors increasing the girl group's violence of campus,including the lack of school educational content,the deviation of school educational method and attitude,the error of educational management,the school insufficient punishment for violence,the less recreational and sports activities of schools for girls.Fourthly,social factors: There are many social factors stimulating the girl group's violence of campus,the impact of social transition on people's values,the spread of bad social culture,the poor government regulation of media,etc.In the view of the causes of girl group's violence of secondary vocational school and its urgency and particularity,according to the author's working experience of being engaged in student management and head teachers for many years,this paper mainly puts forward the feasible countermeasures from four aspects: Firstly,personal aspects:Advocating that participate actively in school club's activities,definite learning goals,self-pressurized and strive to do self improvement,establish correct love values and make friends carefully.Secondly,family aspects: the establishment of a democratic and harmonious family atmosphere,change the way of education,set up the cooperation mechanisms between parents and school.Thirdly,school aspects: setting up reasonably specialized courses of conflict resolution,establish a good school operating mechanism and the relationship between teachers and students,perfecting the education content,strengthen school management,hold various of extracurricular activities for girls,establish impeccable system of punishment for the campus violence.Fourthly,social factors: Strengthen the social norms and the construction of the rule of law ?purify the cultural products market,comb out TV programs and publications.strict regulation of social media.
