Education as a comprehensive project,family education is undoubtedly one of the basic engineering,for the school education and other education society plays a cornerstone role.Throughout most of the growth of the children,especially the children enter the school,the parents’ education behavior directly affects the students’ good ideological and moral cultivation and the healthy development of personality.May also influence the effect of school education.Especially high school students,with the development of self-awareness,special hope to get parents’ respect,acceptance and trust,this is a very big challenge for most of the parents.Parents education concept,to help the parents to master scientific and effective education method,parents education attainment,achieve parent-school cooperative benign interactive mechanism of mutual promotion,is a parent schools established value and significance.No.3 middle school of Yantai as a standardized school at the provincial level,Yantai city priority high school,advocate the concept of "compound light education",the construction of parents pay special attention to the school,The exploration for high school parents to school problems and countermeasures research provides a very good school environment.This article obtains from the parents of the school research status at home and abroad,combining the actual situation of No.3 middle school of Yantai parents school development,through the analysis in the form of questionnaire and interview investigation,from the following two aspects analyzes the problems existing in the3 parents schools:(1)family.Including the family economic conditions,cultural level,traditional concepts and family structure,etc;(2)the school.Factors including the school system,teachers,and other material conditions,etc.According to the existing problems,and puts forward the countermeasures of innovation and development in Yantai 3 parents school:(1)the school.System,organization guarantee is the escort parents schools;Parent-child collaborative management pattern,CEFM example for their parents,"rites",etc,establish parent-school linkage parents of school running mechanism;Teacher professional,rigorous,content and form of be born,flexible,"parents diploma" strengthen the sense of ritual,school-based curriculum and so on,hand in hand to improve the quality of parents of the school curriculum.(2)parents."Autonomy,self-help," leading the parents set up after-school learning salon,read a book,sharing a case;Micro class "organization" for 10 minutes,improve parents learning ability.To realize the coordinated development of family education and school education,to Yantai to the healthy growth of the three high school students to build the three-dimensional education environment.parents school courses’ communication "talk about those things," more specifically,from the perspective of a class show parents school practice and achievement of the development of the innovation.Reflect on the exploration and development of No.3 middle school of Yantail,also let the author established the confidence and courage to move on again.
