With the rapid development of social science and technology in twenty-first Century, it is called the information technology in the information age that has been applied to various fields. Education in information age is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. The traditional teaching modes and methods can not meet the requirements of the reform. Today, in the educational system, the rapid development of information, the use of network media and the integration of various disciplines has become a new model of curriculum reform. Especially in the discipline of fine arts, it has an impact on the old way of teaching, and the changes of the traditional art education is lack of intuitive,typical and variable teaching modes, so it can't create a real and visual environment, but we need a large number of the transmission, storage and extraction of the information technology in a very short period of time and create a large number of image, sound and moving image information to get a practical and perfect degree, so that the art of teaching becomes simple, new, and students can be interactive and enjoyable to learn. It meets the needs of students' individual development, promoting the students' realization of the goal of intellectual development. Therefore, in the modern art education, the use of information technology has become a new teaching mode, which is also a means of teaching and extension. The integration of the information technology and the art subject also becomes a new subject that we have to face, which has become the subject of research. As educators, to catch up with the pace of the times, putting the integration of information technology and teaching into the education reform has become one of the key issues to cultivate a new generation who is the builders of the characteristics of this era.This paper mainly explores the application of information technology in the teaching of fine arts curriculum, which mainly focuses on the link of teaching mode. Firstly, I analyzed the current situation of the integration of information technology and art curriculum, combined with the application of information technology on characteristics of art teaching in primary and middle schools, and put forward flip teaching mode. According to the junior high school art curriculum content, teaching resources and environment construction, and the design of teaching activities, I have made some courseware thematic art courses, and give some corresponding the lessons, this paper verifies the teaching mode of teaching efficiency by using the methods of survey and analysis. Finally, it summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the integration of information technology and art curriculum and the problems that need to be studied.Based on the related theories and research results, this paper puts forward the effective teaching mode of information technology in art teaching, and improve the teaching effect of art. At the same time, teaching methods and teaching mode is proposed in this paper to provide a reference for the effective development of art teaching in junior high school, it is helpful to improve the art teachers' professional ability,and the application of information technology. It also helps the art teachers improve classroom teaching effectively, improve teaching quality, and realize the integration of information technology and art curriculum.
