Research On The Entrepreneurial Team Building For Graduates Returning Hometown To Start Their Own Business In Nanxiong City

In 2015,“Public Entrepreneurship,Mass Innovation” was put forward by Premier Li Keqiang.At current time,the social environment and atmosphere of“Public Entrepreneurship,Mass Innovation” has been formed.For the graduates who highly educated,it is the time for them to do entrepreneurship.In order to not only solve the problem of employment but also achieve their own high ideals of life,some of them returned hometown to start their own business.Firstly,in this paper,the status of human resources in the entrepreneurial team among the graduates returning Nanxiong City to run company had been studied through a sample survey,using the method of statistical analysis.Secondly,the current situation of administration system building,the status of core leadership and the status of company culture construction of graduates’ business team in Nanxiong City were researched.Several problems existed in the business teams.And then,the main reasons why the situation of entrepreneurial graduates team in Nanxiong City could not be satisfactory,such as the structure of graduates team members was not perfect,the team culture was not built entirely,advanced administration system d was not built,and the core leadership of the team was not set up and etc.were analyzed by means of using the theory of Belbin Team Roles.Finally,the several key success factors in building the perfect business team for entrepreneurial graduates in Nanxiong City such as optimizing the structure of entrepreneurial graduate’s team,guaranteeing the role of core leadership,strengthening building of administration system and creating an excellent team culture etc.were put forward.There were many studies on graduates’ entrepreneurial teams,but very few on the building of entrepreneurial team for graduates returning Nanxiong City to start their own business.Hope this paper could provide reference for graduates who want to return hometown to start their own business,and also could provide reference to other researchers who are interested in this field.
