Since the seventies of the last century,China has implemented family planning policy,demographic dividend has promoted the rapid development of China's economy and society.At the same time,the traditional family structure of many children and families in our country also experienced a fission process,appeared millions of only child families.With the advance of social modernization,social risk coefficient constantly improved,when a child suffered from a disease or an accidental death,the one-child died family formed,bereaved parents become a social vulnerable groups in China.At present,our country has over a million one-child died families.Although the full implementation of two-child policy in 2016,in the past forty years,one child policy led the formation of the one-child families,"the one-child died family" risk still exist,therefore,the number and size of China's the one-child died family group in a period of time is still increasing.The problem of the one-child died family is a social problem,bereaved parents face the economic,emotional,social,pension,and multiple levels of difficulties and problems,but the relevant policy system of our country is limited,the helping content is unitary,matching policy has regional differences,public,private and community pension service supply can not meet the special demands of the one-child died family group,the whole society on the one-child died family's helping system and caring atmosphere has not been formed.And in recent years,the development of non-governmental organizations in China is gradually on the right track,cooperation ability,social participation and civil support have been improved,by virtue of organizational advantage,professional advantage and channel advantage,private organizations as the third party forces involved in the one-child died family assistance has its necessity and feasibility.At present,some non-governmental organizations and social groups have carried out assistance and support for the one-child died family in Shanghai,Beijing,Wuhan,Nanjing,Shijiazhuang and other cities,it has become a force of social support which can not be ignored.Combined with the above analysis,the article puts forward four strategies to build and improve non-governmental organizations helping path,classifies rural and urban one-child died family,temporary and permanent one-child died family,to ensure the targeted and efficient delivery of services;Integrates social psychologist,volunteers,social workers,self built organizations and other non-governmental resources to provide long-term psychological assistance;explores the temple of the pension,family pension,pension and other social pension model in order to build up a public pension system;makes the non-governmental organizations,government and enterprise resource sharing,gets complementary advantages and collaborative assistance to gather the strength of social participation.In general,the article takes the non-governmental organizations as the main body to carry out the study of the support of one-child died family,uses the logical structure of "the necessity analysis the feasibility analysis and path analysis",Deeply explores the background,significance,advantages,practice,path construction and improvement of the participation of non-governmental organizations in the work of helping out the the one-child died family in China,expands the activities of non-governmental organizations in the field of the one-child died family assistance in the event,and then to provide professional,efficient,diversified private assistance and support for the one-child died family.
