Abstract/Summary:
Based on the energy metabolism in the process of exercise,the interval of the best training load intensity of the coordinated supply of sugar and fat during the marathon training was studied.Through the respiratory movement in the process of exchange rate(RQ RER)the trend of the athletes in the process of movement,influence of intensity of exercise training on sugar and fat for the best coordination oxidation region;basing on the research of Marathon sport,explore related regulation mechanism for training load and intensity glucose for energy coordination.Using the method of literature,tracking and observation method,mathematical statistics and experimental test method of Ning Xia marathon team of test methods through the site of maximal oxygen uptake and anaerobic threshold,maximal oxygen uptake of Ning Xia marathon athletes(VO2max)measured by oxygen uptake(VO2),carbon dioxide(VCO2),the respiratory quotient(RER=VCO2/VO2),heart rate(HR),ventilatory threshold(AT)and oxidation of fat and carbohydrate oxidation rate rate were analyzed.Study on the test found: through the research and application of respiratory quotient in the marathon movement and exercise training in the marathon,the interval if the respiratory quotient to define its glycolipid coordination for energy,the definition of respiratory quotient value of 0.73-0.99,in the training of respiratory quotient values corresponding to the training load intensity is and sugar fat coordination for energy range,there will be a breath taking sugar and fat for energy optimal coordination and has great guiding significance in practice of sports training in the range of 0.73-0.99.Conclusion: 1 in the marathon,the exchange rate of respiration in the interval of 0.73-0.99 is the interval of the marathon.2 in the marathon,the body’s respiratory exchange rate is about 0.84,which corresponds to the load intensity is the best training load intensity of marathon.3glucose coordination training on marathon athletes VO2max(VO2max)positive role have the ability to maintain ability,and improve the body of oxygen utilization rate;on the marathon anaerobic threshold(AT)have the ability to change the trend of increase;on the marathon total test time(score)trend increase;on the marathon is the maximum heart rate effect;have great influence on the marathon athletes can improve the ability of coordination for glycolipids.
