Group activity which often carried out in school is a traditional activity in our country.The activity not only rich the teacher’s teaching life,but also promote the growth of teachers themselves.The new curriculum reform put forward various demands for teachers recently.However,as the carrier of teacher’s ability,it does not satisfy the practical requirement of teachers.All sorts of problems has been revealed gradually,such as a mere formality activity,a single activity,low level activity,and the weakness of team cooperation.The educational research group activities did not play a real function,just as a forma.It’s need to solve.School is the most direct place for teachers to participate in the activities of teaching and research.It’s also the most important base to promote teachers’ professional development and improve the quality of teaching.With the deepening of new curriculum reform,the requirement for teachers is not only teach a lesson,also have the ability to explore and research activities.The existing theory is remarkable about the research of research group activities.However,there exist deviations between theoretical research and practical teaching activities.The research failed to guide the practice of teaching activities.From the actual situation,the research group activities didn’t realize people’s wish and urgently need us to go depth into the school where we should analysis the specific problems through observation and research in order to put forward the effective strategy which improve the state of educational research group activities.This study focused on in-depth study in practical research group activities.Going deep into the S elementary school in Wuhai city,and selecting junior Chinese group as the research object,with specific school and discipline as the breakthrough point,we discover the problems through interview and field observation.We analysis the reasons from the management department,the educational research group itself and teachers,based on that,then we puts forward the effective countermeasures to improve the situation.This study has three parts,the first part is the foreword,mainly introduce the research background,significance,related literature review,research methods.The second part of the body parts,the first section describes the situation and analysis of lower grade of Chinese group in S elementary school.The second section aims at to analysis the reason from management department,the educational research group itself and teachers.The third section puts forward the strategy to improve the development of group activities.The third part of conclusion,it summary the shortage and improve development.Through this study to solve problems in practical teaching,the research will be set a foundation for deeper study and also provide the data for the study of the theory of the research activity.
