Class self-management is to promote the comprehensive development of all students of the concept of education,is seen as an effective way to overcome the problems of class management,and effectively improve the overall quality of students.Theoretically,there are many such studies of domestic scholars,but there is no research on the high school in Xin Cheng district of Hohhot;practically,the high schools in Xin Cheng district of Hohhot do not have a wide range of class self-management reform,and there are many problems in other high school which implement class self-management.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the problem of the class self-management of high school in the region by the method of questionnaire survey.Class self-management is on the basis of individual class,and through head teacher's effective organization,authorize to students,enable each student to participate in the class management,realize that students found questions,solved questions,students managed students,students supervised students.In Xin Cheng district of Hohhot,some high school has set up a class self management organization,developed the management regulations,and highlighted students' self-management and self-education in the learning activities.But most of the high school did not implement the class self-management;a small number of classes which implemented are difficult to have harvest results because of formality.The reason is that the head teacher has the deviation of the class self-management,and lack of effective strategies for the implementation;students lack the consciousness and ability of self-management;the self-management's evaluation system is not perfect.Based on this,this study proposed to solve the problem of high school class self-management in Xin Cheng district of Hohhot.First of all,to establish a correct concept of class self-management,including the concept of Student centered,the concept of self-education and the concept of management education.Secondly,we should establish effective strategies of high school class self-management,including that set goals and implement self-management in different phases,and improve the organization and regulation of class self –management.Thirdly,improve the consciousness and ability of class self-management of high school students,in the premise of focus on the all-round development of all students,believe students have the ability of self-management,and create democratic opportunities for students to participate in class management.Finally,establish and improve the evaluation system of class self-management,meanwhile join the class self-management into the existing evaluation system of schools,teachers,and students.In short,the implementation of class self-management fully reflects the goals and values of education,human beings into the new century,the requirements of personnel training and student growth highlights the need for the implementation of class self-management;The present situation of high school class self-management in Xin Cheng district of Hohhot,as well as the head teacher and the students' understanding of the high school class self-management,highlight the urgency of the implementation of class self-management.Of course,the effective implementation of Class selfmanagement also depends on the society,parents,schools,teachers,students and other subjects,and improving the "exam oriented education" as the educational environment and educational atmosphere.
