| The School based Training for beginning teacher of primary school is the key link of the vocational education,which plays an important role in the prof essional development of novice teachers.The implementation of school-based te acher training for primary school teachers is helpful to shorten the adaptation p eriod and help the novice teachers to get through the transition period.Japan b egan in 1988,the provisions of all primary and secondary school teachers mus t accept a year of school-based training,after more than 20 years of practice a nd exploration,and gradually formed a relatively mature school-based teacher t raining system.It has a clear training objectives,practical and targeted training content,diverse research forms and novice teachers’ school-based training relat ed to the implementation of effective evaluation mechanism,relatively perfect s ecurity system,for the cultivation of novice teachers’ practical guidance ability,broaden the novice teachers’ knowledge,enhance teachers sense of mission pla y substitute function.Although our country has the school-based teacher trainin g,there are still some problems in school-based training.Therefore,it is neces sary to draw lessons from the beneficial experience of Japan to establish a per fect system of school-based teacher training.This study uses the methods of literature,the case method and the compar ative method as the research method to sort out the school-based training of Ja panese primary school teachers.Through the research and analysis,the author draws the characteristics and reference of the school-based training of the prim ary school teachers in Japan,and strives to promote the school-based training The development and improvement.This paper mainly includes the following six parts:First part introduces Including the problem,the definition of related concepts,research status,research significance,research ideas and methods.The second part introduces the background and development of school-bas ed training of primary beginning teachers of Japan.The third part introduces the goal and content of school-based teacher trai ning in primary schools in Japan.The fourth part analyzes and studies the school-based training of primary school teachers in Japan.The fifth part analyzes the characteristics of school-based teacher training of primary school teachers in Japan,and provides some useful suggestions for school-based teacher training in primary schools in China.In the sixth part,based on the analysis of the current situation of the sch ool-based teacher training in our country,the author puts forward some counter measures to solve the problems existing in the school-based training of primary school teachers in primary schools. |
