Due to the promotion of market economy and the continuous transformation of the society,the phenomenon of unemployment is becoming more and more serious,and the pressure brought by the professional activities is slowly evolving into a social phenomenon that can not be ignored.Once the pressure exceeds the critical value,it will have a negative impact on individuals,enterprises and society.Foxconn's 13 jump event is the best proof.And the women's career situation has undergone enormous changes.On the one hand,the number of female employment has been the rapid development,on the other hand,based on the natural physiological differences with men and affected by deep patriarchal social consciousness,women will face a variety of problems in employment is more likely to withstand the pressure of occupation.Therefore,this article will be based on the author's internship experience in the organization,under the guidance of the theory of dominant perspective and social learning theory,the use of group work to alleviate the pressure of female workers.The author carried out in service in the community through random interviews,found sources of female workers pressure is mainly poor employment stability,the basic rights and interests of workers,can not guarantee the basic welfare and living in poverty,low income workers can not be guaranteed and the workers lack the channel pressure.In order to alleviate the occupational stress of female workers,the author designs and implements the group activities according to the needs of female workers.Through the questionnaire survey,interviews with the author and the author's participant observation,the author finds that there is a significant improvement in the relief of the female workers' stress.The group practice has significant advantages in creating an equal environment,providing a place for students to learn,enhancing the wide range of activities and improving the efficiency of activities.However,there are still some drawbacks,including lacking for objective data for need assessment,lower professionalism in effect assessment and lower ability of social workers'.In addition,the author reflected this practice and put forward specific suggestions,like the standardization of social work assessment,the comprehensive use of social work three ways and improving the social work professionals' competency.
