Traditional basic education publishing makes textbooks and reference books as the main products.With the rapid development of times and gradual deepening of basic education informationization,basic education publishing is also seeking the integration development with digital publishing.MOOC(Massive Open Online Course)is considered to be "the greatest innovation in education since the invention of printing".It is not only a new educational technology,but also a form of online education.MOOC in the field of higher education has led to a global learning boom,all kinds of MOOC platforms have been established to become a sweeping global education revolution.Then,basic education MOOC with the form of flipping the classroom gradually rises,Khan Academy in America is the main representative.The development of basic education MOOC in China follows closely.Education sector,publishing organization,Internet companies have joined to establish basic education MOOC.Text to basic education publishing as the main research object,from the perspective of publishing organization,with basic education MOOC as the starting point,the paper summarizes the development characteristics of basic education MOOC at home and abroad,and analyzes the shortcomings of basic education MOOC in China.Through the analysis of Taiweike project case,the paper puts forward the integration development of basic education publishing and basic education MOOC,with a view to promote the development of basic education publishing in China.The paper uses literature analysis,comparative study,case analysis and other research methods for analysis and argumentation.The full text is divided into five parts.First,under the background of "Internet + education""wisdom education" and"integration development",the study of integration with educational publishing and MOOC is not only theoretical,but also has practical guidance to digital education publishing.The paper summarizes up the research status of MOOC abroad,analyzes the domestic research status of MOOC and publishing,clarifies the research content of the paper,and expounds the innovation.Second,it summarizes the development characteristics of basic education MOOC at home and abroad.The development characteristics of MOOC at abroad is summarized from two perspectives of school and publisher.The development characteristics at home is summarized from three aspects:education department,Internet companies and publishing organizations.Third,it analyzes the shortcomings of basic education MOOC in China.The top-level design shortcomings include that policy landing is unspecific,allocation of resources is irrational,the theory is imperfect,the copyright protection is incomplete.The content construction shortcomings include quality differences of content and low efficiency of resource utilization.Mode of operation shortcomings include that profit model is not clear,service system is not well built,sales channels are not smooth.The shortcomings of user's promotion include the difficulty of educational practice and the poor use of students.Fourth,it makes practical case study of basic education MOOC.As a result of the integration of basic education publishing and basic education MOOC,Taiweike project has a certain typicality and representativeness.In the content construction,it analyzes scale and scope,design and system,use of micro courses,user experience comparison.In the operation mode,it analyzes the distribution strategy through the comparison of pricing and policy support,analyzes the marketing strategy through the activities of publicity and teaching seminars.Through the above analysis,it sums up the shortcomings of the project.Fifth,it puts forward the integration of development strategy for basic educational publishing and basic education MOOC.In view of basic education MOOC,it puts forward that publishing organization should unite the government for the support of policy and funds,unite the education industry to guarantee the quality of the content,cooperate with platform service providers to broaden cooperation mode,and publishing organization itself,should also perfect the operation mode of basic education MOOC platform and talent training.Based on basic education publishing in China,making basic education MOOC as the starting point,the paper analyzes the shortcomings existing in the development of basic education MOOC,and puts forward the development strategy of basic education publishing and basic education MOOC on the publishing force.In the rapid development of information technology today,integration of basic education publishing and basic education MOOC,not only in line with the development needs of education modernization,but also in line with the requirement of publishing transformation and upgrading,can achieve a win-win effect.
