The Pattern Exploring Of School Social Work Intervenes In Campus Violence

The research question of this study is how to establish contact between school social work and the original school violence prevention system,how to deal with campus violence after the connection.Practices and studies show that the premise of school social work intervenes in campus violence is to achieve connect with the original middle school violence prevention system,capturing its position,from the perspective of school management system in China,the most important thing is to deal well with the student affairs office in middle school.In recent years,the phenomenon of violence in middle schools has become more and more common,and presents the characteristics of complex,varied means and serious consequences.The drawbacks of traditional ideological and political education is more and more obvious,through interviewing teachers in middle school the writer find current ideological and political education way has the following disadvantages:The phenomenon of schools ignore campus violence is widespread;The lack of scientific management methods in schools and the lack of professionalism in the way of violence prevention and control in schools;The head teacher has a comprehensive understanding of the lack of system in campus violence;The lack of the general law and the weak legal conception of some teachers;The effectiveness of prevention and control has also been disappointing,students,families and society increasingly demanding new campus violence.Relatively complete professional school social work with system theory,the rich,flexible working methods,the value of people-oriented idea,which makes the school social work has unique advantages in terms of involvement in the campus violence.This study analyzes the necessity and feasibility of school social work intervenes in middle school campus violence,then interviewing the middle school school social workers,on the basis of referencing theory and practice experience,building a new model which combination of school social work with student affairs office.In step in the process of school violence student affairs office and school social work has their own duty,student affairs office is mainly responsible for ideological and political aspects of students,the school social workers are to help students to establish a social support network,discover their ability and potential,achieve win-win results.
