Research On The Application Of Social Work In Psychological Shadow Of Campus Violence

Campus violence is a common phenomenon of bullying on campus,which is common in various countries and periods.It has been common in the campus.It has caused great harm to the body,spirit and psychology of the victims.In recent years,because of the frequent exposure of some campus violence incidents,it has been widely discussed in society.Scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of research on the prevention of campus violence and the education of perpetrators.In this paper,the victims who suffer from campus violence in youth or childhood have not been effectively relieved.By means of data analysis and individual interview,we can understand the basic characteristics of the psychological shadow of the violence and the psychological shadow of campus violence and the concrete influence of the psychological shadow on the campus violence.The main manifestations are inferiority,sensitivity,pessimism,anxiety,irritability and irritability,leading to problems of distrust of others,poor interpersonal skills and poor organization and coordination.It is also found that campus violence has a significant and implicit influence on the impact of violent people.Explicit influence refers to the fact that those who are exposed to violence have deep memories of related violence and are aware of their own problems.The recessive influence refers to the problem that the victims have not realized their own existence with the incident of the school violence that had been received,and the memory of the related events is very little,but it has a profound memory of the emotional experience of the time,resulting in the change of cognition and coping style of a certain thing,which is manifested as fear and tension.In this paper,two cases of two typical cases are selected to do the practical analysis of intervention.The case work mainly takes rational emotional therapy,role playing,and the construction of support network toalleviate the psychological shadow,improve the ability of the victims,improve the relationship between the students and their families,and make the good environment support case master complete the transformation.In order to consolidate the effectiveness of the case work,the group work method was intervened later.The main purpose is to link the activity of energy enhancement group and organize group activities to meet the requirement of the case,to further improve the capacity of the victims and to improve the interpersonal interaction and poor organizational coordination caused by the violent shadow of the campus,and the group dynamic force is also promoting the positive change of the victims..According to the introspection of the intervention and the current situation of imperfect education system and legal system in China,it is suggested that the joint mechanism of family,school and staff should be set up in the intervention of psychological shadow of violent people in campus,and the social support network should be built.We should also establish an integrated service for testing,tracking and increasing energy,and introduce social workers stationed in schools so that the psychological shadow of the victims will be relieved as soon as possible.Finally,it is suggested that schools and related legal systems should be promoted and implemented to avoid systematic injury.
