In the study of such problems, from the perspective of the particularity of the subject, for different cases, the need for rehabilitation process and methods are also very different, therefore, to develop a personalized service method is particularly important. In this paper, the Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, Songpu Boai conservation center pension agencies within a well - meaning of the elderly affected by the more obvious cases, the use of professional social work direct service methods for service.This article aims to find the owner's own uniqueness,enhance the self-confidence of the elderly, so that the owner in his life environment to establish a more normal interpersonal relationships, and ultimately help the owner into the normal life as the goal.Through the investigation of the past emotional performance of the case, the case interviews and other methods to analyze the reasons for the rehabilitation of elderly patients and family members, and the use of professional social work of the general service process, to develop the characteristics of the owner of the service plan. To participate in the case, plan, intervention, assessment and closure, a total of six steps, the elderly family members of the social services involved in the work, but also the use of some social work practices.
