With the rapid development of information technology,in order to solve the existing problem in teacher training project,such as project dispersion?content generalization?standard incompletion?mode singleness and weak quality control,under the guidance of the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education,the training mode based on teachers' workshop emerged.Online discussion is an indispensable part and the soul of the workshop,which directly affects the depth of the learning and training quality.However,as a new teacher training mode,what the present situation of the online deep discussion and the problems?What factors that influence the discussion process?How to improve the depth of online discussion in the teachers' workshop?The discussion of these problems have great significance to the promotion of teachers'professional development.In this study,the teachers' workshops in Zhejiang project to enhance the application ability of information technology in the second half of 2016 are choose to research the deep discussion and its factors in teachers' workshop.The article has 6 chapters.Chapter one:Introduction.This chapter introduces the research background,research significance,research contents and methods;Chapter two:theoretical basis and research status analysis.First,analysis the online discussion process and characteristics of teachers' workshop based study community theory,deep learning theory and constructivist learning theory,then confirm three factors to research:discussion topics,instructor support,peer interaction,this chapter also elaborated on the basis of this paper.The third chapter:research design and implementation.Firstly,analyze the discussion content of the workshop to understand the discussion situation of teachers' workshops and verify the influence factors through the comparison of different groups of online discussion.Secondly,design the questionnaire of online discussion depth and influence factors on the basis of content analysis and literature analysis.Chapter four:data analysis of questionnaire.Use Spss19.0 to conduct descriptive analysis,groups' differences and correlation analysis,explore the workshop online discussion and factors deeply.The fifth chapter:conclusions and suggestions.On the basis of the content analysis and questionnaire survey,the conclusion of this study is put forward,and on the basis of the above,the author puts forward some strategies to improve the depth and quality of online discussion.Chapter six:clarify the innovation and insufficiency of this paper.
