The teacher workshop is a normalized teaching and research form of teacher professional development training with the learning community as its distinctive feature.Especially in the context of information technology,the online teacher workshop provides convenience for teachers to carry out teaching and research activities across time and space.The behavior of teachers' online teaching and research process indirectly reflects their learning attitudes and emotions.It makes full use of the learning and analysis technology generated under the background of big data to analyze their online teaching and research behaviors,which is conducive to the timely discovery of teachers'online teaching and research process.The problems are promptly feedback,and corresponding intervention measures are taken to guide teachers to better invest in teaching and research activities,thereby enhancing the effectiveness of online teaching and research and promoting the rapid development of their teachers' professionalism.This paper is divided into six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction part,which mainly explains the background,significance,ideas and methods of this research,as well as the main research content and the structure of the thesis.The second chapter is the analysis of the teaching and research behavior of teachers based on online teacher workshop.Theoretical model,this part firstly based on the literature analysis method,expounds the connotation of the core concepts involved in this paper,summarizes and analyzes the related researches such as teacher workshop,online teaching and research,and behavior analysis,and briefly expounds the theoretical basis and its related to this research.The enlightenment of the research,followed by the results of literature analysis,summarizes the organizational model of teaching and research activities based on online teacher workshops,and classifies the teaching and research behavior based on online teacher workshops,and finally constructs a teacher-education based on online teacher workshops.The theoretical model of behavioral analysis;the third chapter is to construct the measurement and measurement model of teacher teaching and research behavior based on online teacher workshop.This part is the core content of this research.Firstly,the measurement model construction method and behavior analysis method are introduced,followed by an online teaching and research platform.Based on the data collected in the paper,the theoretical analysis model constructed in Chapter 2 is applied.The model is based on the analysis and measurement model of teacher teaching and research behavior based on online teacher workshop.The fourth chapter is based on the case study of teacher teaching and research in online teacher workshop.This part mainly selects the information technology ability improvement training project of a primary and middle school teacher in a certain province as a case.Based on the data collected by an online teaching and research platform,the online teaching and research effects of teachers in different regions,different school sections and different disciplines are compared and analyzed,and the constructed measurement model is used to analyze the online teaching and research behavior of teachers in a teacher workshop.Chapter 5 is about the applicability of the analysis model and the strategy to improve the effectiveness of teachers' online teaching and research.This part mainly analyzes the applicability of the theoretical analysis model and measurement model constructed in the previous section,and fully applies the results of case analysis to improve the participation of teachers in online teaching and research.From the perspective of social interaction and community recognition,the corresponding strategies for teacher teaching and research activities based on online teacher workshops are proposed in order to improve the effectiveness of online teaching and research activities and promote the professional development of teachers.The sixth chapter is the conclusions and prospects of this study,this part mainly focuses on the research of this study,and surviving a brief summary of the deficiencies in the study,then follow-up research can be carried out also discussed.
